Key Responsibilities
  • Determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques like conduct analysis (scoring, segmentation, predictive model).
  • Build CRM infrastructure to automate and deliver bespoke communication pipelines for different end-to-end user journeys using marketing channels (Email, SMS, Push notification, Pop-ups).
  • Plan and implement various campaigns across different channels to increase visibility and reach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
  • Develop, test, and implement different strategies to improve activation.

Required Experience 
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience working in an analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with large sets of data.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and working on a massive scale and impact product.
  • Hands-on experience in a CRM software tool.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience working with Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Basic understanding of the financial and investment ecosystems.
  • Understanding of writing SQL queries against large amounts of data.
