Key Responsibilities
- Determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques like conduct analysis (scoring, segmentation, predictive model).
- Build CRM infrastructure to automate and deliver bespoke communication pipelines for different end-to-end user journeys using marketing channels (Email, SMS, Push notification, Pop-ups).
- Plan and implement various campaigns across different channels to increase visibility and reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
- Develop, test, and implement different strategies to improve activation.
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience working in an analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with large sets of data.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and working on a massive scale and impact product.
- Hands-on experience in a CRM software tool.
Nice-to-have
- Experience working with Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of the financial and investment ecosystems.
- Understanding of writing SQL queries against large amounts of data.
